Monday-Friday: 8:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M.
The Library is closed on weekends and most court holidays.

Note: The library will be closed on Monday, February 13th in honor of Lincoln's Birthday and on Monday, February 20th, in honor of President's Day.

Parking:
There is no free street parking or dedicated lot for the library. There is a municipal parking lot underneath the courthouse, accessible from Van Ness Ave. or Tulare St. There is also metered street parking in the courthouse area.
